Before each steel plate is put into storage, check whether the mark on the steel plate (some are steel plate number, some are bar code, some are two-dimensional code) is consistent with the material certificate information, and label each steel plate, and then enter it into the software system management. Make every steel plate has traceability.

For special materials cutting, if it is not convenient for the customer to witness on site, we can provide video recording of the whole cutting process, from steel plate selection, lifting steel plate, cutting, so that the customer can clearly see the steel plate and cutting process we selected. Our company has its own spectrometer, and we will conduct spectrum test (spot check) on the purchased steel plate before warehousing to ensure that the steel plate quality is qualified. If the customer requires the third party to test, we can also arrange a qualified testing agency to do test.
