After 2 months production, the counterweight (heavy machining parts) for our Canada customer have been finished and transported to port today. These parts are approximately 120tons, 84 piece in total. The heaviest one is around 23 tons, lightest one 3 tons. Process includes steel plate cutting, welding and steel plate fabrication, heavy machining and sandblasting plus painting.

These are surely simple parts, but what I want to stress is the price, we make extremely low price for this kind of parts, Because our supplier is perfectly suitable for this kind of parts, they do heavy steel plate trade business, also do steel plate welding and fabrication, mostly importantly they have a workshop for heavy machining, so one stop they can finish all works, make the price very competitive. They have 4 workshops, one is steel plate cutting, which has CNC flame cutting and CNC plasma cutting. One is for welding and fabrication. One is machining workshop, equipped with quite number CNC machine tools, include CNC gantry milling machining center, CNC vertical lathe, CNC vertical machining center, and a few conventional machining tools as well, etc.
