The maximum thickness of steel plate up to 300 mm. The cutting shape can be any shape, and the cutting dimension is generally any size less than 2500 mm. The length of the cutting depends on the length of the steel plate and the cutting length of the cutting machine. Generally, the width of steel plate is within 2.5m and the length is about 10m. The effective cutting width of CNC cutting machine is also 2.5m and the length is about 13m. Customers can provide PDF drawings or CAD drawings.
The cutting methods are mainly CNC flame cutting and CNC plasma cutting, and plasma cutting is generally used for those less than 50mm. The cutting accuracy depends on the thickness and dimension length, generally within ± 2mm.
After cutting, if the customer requires grinding burr and cutting slag, we will do it. If the customer needs to write the drawing number on each cutting piece, we can also write it according to the customer's drawing number.
The packing is usually pallets and then tied with steel straps.
