1. For precision machining work, check whether the moving parts have oil before start work, then turn on power of machine and check if the clutch and brake work normal and properly, and let the machines idling running 1-3 minutes to check if all functions are normal and work properly, the operation is strictly prohibited when the machine is in trouble

2. All workers getting into working area and before start work, should check the dress whether in complying with company safety rules, wearing slippers, high heels shoes and other clothing which have potential safety hazard are not allowed. Someone with long hair must wear safety helmet and hair must be kept in the helmet. 

Keeping the right posture at work, operators should have sufficient energy to cope with work, if someone fills sick who should leave work immediately, and reporting to the leader is necessary.

Workers must be concentrated in operation, and should cooperate with each other, chatting is strictly prohibited when doing machining works. Operators who are under an irritable and tiredness situation should not operate machining tools, in case to have safe accidents, ensure the operation safety.
 

3. After all others workers leave mechanical working area and take away the sundry on the work table , then machine can be switch on the power to start the machining.

4.When going off work, power should be turned off, and put all the finished parts, tools, auxiliary materials and other sundries in order to ensure the work environment clean and safe.
 

5. When machine is started, only one person- who is operator for this machine is allowed to operate this machine and feed materials, other workers are forbidden to touch the power buttons and foot pedal switch board, and more other people can't put hand in machine running area or touches the moving parts. Machine under running, it is forbidden to reach hands into moving slide blocks area, it is strictly forbidden to take or put parts by hands. Taking or putting or positioning parts in the punching die should use proper tools. If there is strange sound or operation failure, machine must be shut off immediately and carry out check.

6. Power must be turn off firstly for replacing mould, only after the movement part of the punch is stopped completely, then the moulds can be installed and adjusted. After completion of mould installation and adjustment, trying punch operation should be carried out twice by using hand moving flywheel to check if the moulds are symmetrical, proper and if screws are fastened firmly, also whether the edge ring is in a proper position.
