After 3 months work, 2000 pieces welding components are ready for delivery.

This welding components is light steel structure actually, it is simple, made of Carbon Steel plate and steel pipe.

End plates cut by laser cutting, it is precise, also square pipe cut by laser cutting, we do not have pipe laser cutting machine, we have to use plate laser cutting machine, it is no efficiency and it is not economic, but it is better than sending out cut by somebody else. Isn’t it?

What you should pay an attention in fabrication is that 2 end plates must be exact same direction, no angle deference, or should I say that the angle deference tolerance is smaller than ±0.5º. So what we did is that make nice jig to ensure the 2 end plates in same direction, to make nice jig is not difficult, what you have to do is careful and precise.

Another thing we should pay an attention in fabrication is the end plates must perpendicular to pipe, it is not difficult thing for good fitter.

Next thing is we should pack properly and put into containers.
