- American model: automatic, safety and reliability in production

Thirdly, American enterprises have their own management information system. The materials supplied by the raw material suppliers all have bar code, through the scan all the information of raw materials will automatically go into production database. With the raw material entering the process, computer processors on every processes step automatically input processing information to the database, by this system all the information will be attached to the final product.

 

In addition, although the scale of American enterprises is relatively large, but the product series is not very much, all them have fixed buyers, for example, Delphi, Ford,  the mass production is the their common feature. The American enterprise mode is the future direction of our stamping and sheet metal enterprises development.

 

- Japanese model: technological and equipment is shocking

In general, Japanese stamping and sheet metal fabrication are specialized, in high automation, in large production, high precision, and humanization, and basically they all have the ability to develop, design and produce molds, and generally, with Japan's complete machine manufacturers coming to China, they also follow and setup division in China.

Compared with Japanese stamping professional enterprises, the level of business indexes of Chinese stamping and sheet metal manufacturing enterprises is still far behind, it still has big room for improvement. In particular, the various production know-how and process equipment accumulated in production, it is a perfect combination of modern advanced manufacturing technology and traditional human intelligence, it shocks every coming visitors. Therefore, Chinese enterprises should gradually improve their manufacturing technology, process and equipment in the future.

 

-  At present: introduction of advanced manufacturing industrial equipment

The overall situation, stamping parts and sheet metal manufacturing enterprises in China is relatively small, manufacturing equipment is poorer, and production is mainly relied on manual operation, they have poor product quality stability, low production efficiency, difficult to realize mass production, and deliver on time. At present, enterprises still need improvement in the following aspects:
