Established in 2017, Shanghai Zhepu Industry Co., Ltd. was founded by senior mechanical engineers with extensive experience in European and American enterprises. Located in Shanghai, China’s core port city, the company covers a factory area of 1,000 square meters with 25 staff members and an annual output value of 10 million RMB. Our products are equally distributed between domestic sales and exports, with 50% exported to North America, Europe and other overseas markets.

Equipment Strength: We are equipped with comprehensive precision processing equipment, including 2 gantry machining centers, 1 horizontal machining center, 4 vertical machining centers and 7 CNC lathes, together with supporting drilling and tapping machines. We specialize in precision machining of medium and small-sized parts (see the equipment list for full specifications).

Quality & Delivery Assurance: All products undergo full pre-delivery inspection with official reports provided, and third-party factory inspections are fully acceptable. Processing and inspection videos can be supplied upon customer request. Benefiting from China’s mature industrial supporting system and professional supplier network, we can quickly complete auxiliary processes such as electro-galvanizing, thermal zinc spraying, heat treatment and wire cutting, ensuring stable quality and punctual delivery for all orders.
